Such as you can receive,send,forward,archive,delete messages in Gmail.

You can take notes.Here you can collect your thoughts,make to do lists,and make a temporary note.

Gmail attachments automatically become saved to your Dropbox ,OneDrive,Google Drive or Box accounts.You can also make a private photo album.Most  amazingly you can create new entries with new emails so that you can keep it like a dairy.

The most common social media in these time is Facebook. 

It helps us to keep in touch with faraway family and friends.The user shares photos,status,videos.They can tag each other.You can share links of articles too.You can post whatever  you find funny,educative with your friends.

                    
Linkedin is for professional networking,connecting and job searching .It's used for competitive intelligence,business development.Ads on linkedin enable perfect targeting for any kind of enterprise outreach.And the main use of this site is for recruiting.

 

In Instagram, you can share your interests.You can make your friend jealous showing your vacation photographs.This is the easiest site to target your audience.Here you can find only one react and do comment on a post.

• According to a report 84% of teenagers in America are having facebook account

Social media -Introduction.

Social Media:-To facilitate social interaction between a large group of people through some type of network is called Social Media which is a web-based technology.In general widely used network is the internet.Social media is a valuable addition to the communication part .Social media allows users to have conversations,share information and create web content.This platform includes blogs,wikis,social networking sites,micro blogs,podcasts,photo sharing sites,instant messaging,virtual worlds and many more.While there are many types of social media sites available for like

 Social media differ from paper-based media such as newspapers,magazines and traditional electronic media like TV broadcasting,Radio broadcasting.There are almost sixty five plus social media sites.

The first recognizable social media site,Six Degrees was created in 1997 by Andrew Weinreich. It enabled users to upload a profile and make friends with other users.

Well,during this MCO days life has become monotonous.This picture was taken right after I finished my last assignment.I don't know about others but I like to capture photos after something i achieve or complete.Can you see the relief in my face? 

How to design a flyer in presentation program Coreldraw step by step

Step 1: Open Coreldraw

Step 2:  draw shape of your flyer size

Step 3:select rectangle tool and draw three different shapes fit to flyer size

Step 4:fill three different colors in all three different shapes

Step 5: draw another shape by clicking on rectangular toll draw shape as shown in picture

Step 6: click on file click on import

Step 7 :after image click on the image go to effects click on power clip on place inside and set the image inside.

Step 8: click on file go to import and import a png image as shown in the SS

Step 9:click on text tool and write your text as shown

Step 10:click on file click on import and import another image as shown

Step 11: click on image click on effect then click on power click and send the image inside as shown

Step 12:draw two more shape as shown fill it from color from right corner color section

Step 13:take more copies from the shapes and fill it from your text

Step 14: by clicking ellipse toll draw an oval shape than import the picture and then go to effects and power clip the image inside as shown

Step 15:in front of ellipse shape draw a rectangle and fill your text in it at the right corner

Step 16:do the same process for the next steps as shown

Step 17: your flyer is ready now

Step 18:we can save it in jpg or any other format by clicking on file click on save as and save it

Software and it's categories.

SOFTWARE:Software is a program that helps a computer or any device to perform a specific task,as opposed to the physical components of the system.When you buy  a program you are purchasing the software.But it requires a hardware on which the software is recorded.

CATEGORIES OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE:Software is often divided into two categories.Such as System software and Application software.

SYSTEM SOFTWARE:It includes the programs that are dedicated to managing the computer itself,such as an operating system,file management utilities,(DOS-disk operating system).What would happen if system softwares were not installed in our computer?Well,we would have to type the instructions for everything we wanted the computer to do!

APPLICATION SOFTWARE:Simply it is called applications or in short apps.It is also called end user programs because they enable the user to complete tasks,such as creating documents,spreadsheets,database etc.In academic uses the softwares are Khan academy,Wikipedia etc.

Differences Between Input and Output Devices:

Input Devices:In computing, input devices are pieces of hardware used by another system or human to communicate with a computer.For instance, a keyboard or a mouse is an input device.It would be impossible for the user to use any device without an input because computers don't get the data that human inserts.More input devices are 

• Microphone 
• Graphics tablet
• Bar code reader

Input devices actually send data to the computer.
Output devices:An output device mainly converts the binary language or computer language to human readable form.It can be any part of computer hardware equipment.Visual display units (VDU) such as monitor,printer are output devices.It translates the codes to texts,graphics etc.More output devices are 

• Headphones
• Computer Speakers
• GPS. 

Output devices actually get the data from the computer. 

Process Involve in Getting Data into the Computer:

Here the picture shows that the input devices like keyboard or mouse helps to insert the data in the processing unit like flash memory,hard drive or chip.And it includes the conversation of raw data through the CPU and memory to output devices.In the commercial  world,data processing refers to the processing of data required to run organizations and businesses.There are six steps of data processing cycle:

1.SUPER COMPUTERS:Super computers were made popular in the 1960s by Seymore Cray.These computers are the largest in terms of size They can occupy anything from a few feet to hundreds of feet.The top super computers are Roadrunner, Titan, Sunway TaihuLight.

 

2.MAINFRAMES:They are equally powerful but fall short in terms of the computation ability in supercomputers.System z9,Hitachis z800 are examples of mainframes.

3.MINICOMPUTERS:The first mini computer was reveled in 1967 by Digital Equipment Corporation.Also known as mid range computers.

4.MICROCOMPUTERS/PERSONAL COMPUTERS:Microcomputers are the smallest,least expensive, and most used computer.There are desktop,mobile, wearable computers.

Security Issues and Challenges in Cloud Computing.

 Cloud Computing is where a large number of systems are connected in both private and public networks,by the use of internet.With Infrastructure As A Service(IaaS) cloud users have better control over the security.But there are some issues arise in the path of cloud computing.Such as it has no control of where the resources run,data lose,phishing,botnet.
However, there are some security algorithms like RAS,DES,Blowfish etc. Among them Blowfish is comparatively more useful for both encryption or decryption. 

Campus Experience in UTM.

Ever since those early days of my adolescence, I had a dream of continuing my higher studies abroad. Well guess what, UTM decided to make my dream come true. The pinnacle points of my life is marked with the number of memories I  had made since the day I received my offer letter.  Who knew that UTM had that much to offer me?  Well, starting from getting introduced to some really friendly people and  making a whole new incredibly amazing squad was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. However, all the way through my journey to UTM, I was very concerned about undertaking all my household courses starting from filing water bottles to washing clothes. At my very first step in UTM, all my eyes could see was greenery. There was a beautiful landscape out there followed by  a lake and the scenery was breath taking. I ventured out on wobbling tree trunk fallen across a gorge, without looking down,having eyes only for marveling at the wild scenery of this region. 

After completing my course registration and medical screening i was left with four more days to spend with my family.So, within these time I visited Kuala Lampur and Melaka.It was an amazing experience in my life so far.And finally it was time to bid a happy goodbye.I tried not to cry in front of them but one glance at my mom's glistening eyes and I broke down into tears. After going back to the dorm I had my dinner alone and now it was time to go to bed. I was so scared to sleep in the new bed though i booked a triple sharing . Suddenly my eyes fell so heavy I manged to pull myself up to the bed Suddenly ,the starry night with the half lighted moon disappeared into a complete deathly silence and I fell asleep .  I was eagerly waiting for my first class.As days passed by, I got to find  new places here, taste the food of some amazing cafeterias and make new friends.I found a super shop Aeon and a very cheap market named The Eco Shop from where we finished our grocery shopping. On my very step in the first class I encountered my academic advisor who was also my ICT lecturer. I introduced her to my parents on the briefing day.And the day went well.

The only thing that i will never regret about moving to KLG is the fact that I moved into a dorm with a roommate. She has been there for me through thick and thin. We are far from the 'quiet bunch' when we are together. Not that we are rowdy but we do enjoy having fun in each other's company. We together molded our small into a four wall home. The best part is whenever I used to feel homesick, I always have a shoulder to cry on who would just pat my head and crack jokes and the guess what, we both burst into laughter which can last up to hours. We used to laugh so hard at our inside jokes that people nearby used to just stop and stare. But its okay because when we are together, we care about none.. We together had built an intimacy and now our bonding is so strong that we never talk about going back home. Even when we part our ways during  holidays, we will leave with some promises never to break and some amazing memories forever to cherish and of course with secrets never to disclose. Last of all, we would surely return in a hope to make this semester a more crazy one. 
On the way of getting hold of life in this campus,I got to meet a wonderful person from the very first day in Malaysia.Within nick of time,we got along with each other over studies,lunches,gossips,chit chats and a lot more.His presence added more dedication and routine in my life.A friend who drives my lazy soul to books and lectures. With whom I get the spiciest gossips on his car's back seat and is always rest assured about its secrecy. Lunches with him amidst boring lectures just adds another feather on my sweetest memories. Not to mention how I always give sensible advises to him about his "love at first sight" crush. Sometimes I have to deal with his multi mood swings but that cancels out with the amount of tantrums I throw at him during my bad times. Bundle of secrets among us just makes our bond more solid. He has become my pen friend in this unknown little world of mine whom I shall cherish forever.
